The Opportunity

In line with our growth, we are currently recruiting for a Resource Coordinator. This is a newly created role designed to support our Construction Manager with the coordination of the HV Electrician team and day to day administration tasks. This is a dynamic and varied role, no two days will be the same

**You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including**:

- Assistance in preparation of documents/reports
- Calendar management
- Understanding our Enterprise Agreement and being the go to for all questions relating to it
- Project administration
- Assist with training coordination
- Quality assurance/document auditing
- General adhoc administrative tasks

About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Experience working in a similar role (engineering or construction industry experience highly advantageous)
- Advanced user in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High organisation and time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- High level of attention to detail
- Adaptable, willing to take on new tasks and show initiative
