South Australian Wine Bottlers are looking to hire an assistant winemaker and require a suitably experienced and qualified person to fill this new role within our growing business. The business incorporates bottling of both wine and spirits, both contract and our own ranges, grape growing and winemaking at contract third party wineries as well as small scale spirit production. Our main site at Beverley in suburban Adelaide at which the appointee will work, houses our bottling facility and warehousing as well as our micro distillery. Reporting to the Winemaker this varied role will entail hands-on cellar work, assisting with laboratory analysis and running the still to produce our award-winning Gins and Vodkas.

This is a full-time position which would suit either a recent graduate or someone in the industry currently studying in an appropriate field.

Job Requirements
- A degree in Winemaking/Oenology or currently studying same
- A current Drivers Licence
- Previous Winemaking/Cellar-hand experience (Laboratory and Distillation experience desirable but not essential)
- An energetic and positive approach to work
- Fit and healthy, able to perform manual activities
- A willingness to learn
- A valid forklift licence is preferable but not essential
