Job Title: Winemaking Innovation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our winemaking team in Tanunda SA. As a key member of the winemaking function, you will be responsible for conducting winemaking and viticultural trials, identifying process improvement opportunities, and designing new products.

About This Role:
  • This diverse role encompasses hands-on production in lab scale and commercial trials.
  • You will collaborate with the winemaking team to drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct winemaking and viticultural trials to improve product quality and efficiency.
  2. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  3. Design new products that meet market demands and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with the winemaking team to share knowledge and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for product and process development, as well as a love of wine. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of winemaking principles, and experience with project management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Winemaking, Food Science, or Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of winemaking principles and laboratory techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with project management and team collaboration.
