Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing winemaking processes from vintage operations through to finished wine production.
- Support planning and coordination of cellar operations.
- Evaluate and maintain high-quality winemaking systems and procedures.
- Engage in hands-on cellar and laboratory activities.
