This full-time role will report directly to the Senior Winemaker. Primarily, this hands-on role will be responsible for carrying out daily winemaking and winery practices and managing the laboratory. Located in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, the region is globally well known for its wine quality, history, and strong community.

Job Requirements

Based at our winery in the Barossa Valley, the position will be diverse, involving but not limited to:

- Tertiary qualifications in Oenology - or near completion
- Minimum 2 years winery experience
- Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office software
- Laboratory skills and the ability to interpret analytical data
- Current forklift and drivers licence
- Competent in Work, Health and Safety practices
- Physically capable of undertaking cellar duties
- Ability to travel domestically for sales and marketing duties
- Capacity to work extended hours during vintage or as required
