**About the role**
**Main tasks**: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and identify new customers from various industrial-related industries, like manufacturing, construction, engineering, and maintenance. About 70% of your time will be focused on account management and 30% on acquiring new clients.

**Other tasks**:

- **Offer** customised solutions to clients based on their needs.
- **Develop** and implement effective sales strategies.
- **Meet** sales targets as agreed with the management team.
- **Present** product demonstrations and updates as required.
- **Travel** primarily around Melbourne metro but also some regional areas.

- Several years of experience in business-to-business field sales.
- Ability to manage existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting sales budgets.

**You will be highly regarded if you also have**:

- Experience selling products related to fasteners or related products, particularly to the manufacturing, engineering, construction, maintenance, petrochemical, transport, energy, and power industries.
- An extensive network of decision-makers in these industries.
