**About the role**

We currently have an opportunity to join our team as a Case Manager in Geelong. This role is the perfect opportunity to commence your career in the Workers' Compensation Industry and bring your passion for customer service to build a meaningful career, where you will be supporting injured workers with their recovery from a workplace injury and provide them with a positive customer experience. As a Case Manager, you will complete a comprehensive training program consisting of face-to-face training, online learning, and one on one coaching support to assist with your development throughout the program.

After the completion of the training program in Melbourne, you will transition to a claims team in Geelong to manage a portfolio, to support and assist our customers to achieve the best possible outcome. Ongoing transitional assistance will be provided.
