The Customer Service and Finance Support Officer will be responsible for customer and sales data management and be a key contact point for customers and internal staff.

You will provide high quality customer service, process customer purchases, enter and reconcile product sales and undertake associated admin tasks.

This is a full-time hours Temp role located on Greenhill Road. There is a possibility of the role going perm.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and action queries
  • Develop a customer relationship management approach
  • Facilitate customer communications
  • Accurate and timely entry of customer purchase data
  • Accurate and timely entry of stock transfer data
  • Accurate and timely entry/reconciliation of product sales data
  • Provide reporting to support sales data
  • Raise customer invoices and follow up payment as required
  • Follow up customer, purchases and sales queries

Required Background

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent phone skills

  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative
