Engages in call outs to bring in opportunities as well as upselling/ cross selling ESET solutions. Leveraging ESET's award winning software to build the brand recognition in market behind solid technology.

Working with sales operations and sales team, leveraging the pre sales architects close deals and manage pipelines.
Job description

**FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** - Improve and optimize channel relationships in order to drive growth of the business. - Identify new opportunities and recruit new channel partners. - Create sales pitches. - Execute sales objectives and 6 month targets. - Attend networking events, webinars, and virtual workshops. - Create sales quotes and respond to RFPs. - Maintain sales certifications and knowledge of all ESET products. - Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients. - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. - Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives. - Identify and create a comprehensive pipeline. - Forecast accurately to management and be able to close against forecast. - Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners. - Identify sales and services that would appeal to new clients. - Manage company and client expectations. - Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty. - Research market and industry trends.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Education**: - Business related degree preferred
**Experience**: - 3-5 years of sales experience in software or IT Security industry
**Knowledge**: - Demonstrating consultative approach to solving problems, understanding business goals and educating prospect clients - Entrepreneurial mindset - able to operate in fast growth context - Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies - Achievement oriented but team focused - working in a fun collaborative culture is important to you. - Proven ability to negotiate - Excellent phone / customer service skills - Cybersecurity knowledge - Closing skills - Motivation for sales - Prospecting skills - Sales planning - Selling to customer's needs - Market knowledge - Presentation skills - Good Energy level - Meeting sales goals - Professionalism
**Language**: - Fluent oral and written English skills is a necessity
**Communication**: - Internal and external communication required - Excellent communication, negotiation and public speaking skills. - Ability to communicate, negotiate and work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
