**Savanna **is currently looking for an experienced** Project Administrator** to join the business to support our Project Team with getting our Rigs ready to go out to the field.

**To apply, you should have**:
- Diploma/Certificate in Administration
- A minimum of 5 years' related experience in administration
- Experience working on Oil & Gas or Mining projects, Transport / automotive industry experience advantageous
- Advanced skills using the Microsoft Suite
- Experience in project planning administration
- Gantt Chart / and or other project management software
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
**What you'll be doing**:
- Work as part of the project team and assist with general administration duties
- Project planning and tracking work orders
- Raising purchase requisitions and checking invoices
- Following up trades and suppliers for outstanding project jobs
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, agenda coordination and meeting minutes
- Manage the document management system for the department including data entry
