Your leadership skills will be key in inspiring and managing teams across multiple services, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment.ResponsibilitiesAs a Branch Operations Manager, you will:Build the capabilities of the branch network in terms of sales and operationsManage Sales and Inventory performance including aged inventory, stock turns and debtor arrangementsAssist with the development and implementation of AIRR's retail strategy; including implementing and driving key sales campaigns + activitiesIdentify new growth opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and industry partnersManage the branch staffing requirements including recruitment, rostering, training, performance managementBuilding and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and support sales staff, as neededPlanning and driving marketing of branch services and products and play an active role in campaigns, field days, client nights and community eventsAbout youTo excel at AIRR, you have:Experience leading dynamic sales teams and an understanding of the equine, pet &/or rural industryStrong business and financial acumen with ability to interpret and prepare P&L reportsPassion for building strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a positive and collaborative team environmentTeam player with great communication skills and a collaborative approachDemonstrated experience as a people leader with the ability to upskill and coachAbout AIRRAIRR is proud to be a part of Elders, the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.We invest in our staff to ensure everyone who joins AIRR is set up to succeed, from training and conferences to industry experts well within your reach offering support and guidance.
