Key Branch Management Roles

You will be entrusted with managing the overall operations of a branch, driving growth and exceeding targets. Your leadership skills will play a key role in inspiring and managing teams across multiple services.

  • Build the capabilities of the branch network through sales and operations initiatives.
  • Manage Sales and Inventory performance including aged inventory, stock turns and debtor arrangements.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of retail strategy; including implementing and driving key sales campaigns + activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
  • Manage staffing requirements including recruitment, rostering, training and performance management.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients to understand their needs and support sales staff as needed.
  • Drive marketing efforts for branch services and products and participate in campaigns, events and client engagement activities.
Requirements and Expectations

To excel in this role you have:

  • Experience leading dynamic sales teams and an understanding of the equine, pet and/or rural industry.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to interpret financial data and prepare reports.
  • A passion for building strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a positive team environment.
  • Collaborative approach with great communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a people leader with the ability to upskill and coach.
