You'll be an expert in pitching our B2B buying programs and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results.What You'll Be DoingProspecting and qualifying new B2B leads, with a focus on Tier B1 clientsPrioritising opportunities via sizing and forecasting exercisesDeveloping tailored client pitches and proposals using existing sales materialsManaging and growing existing customer relationships to maximise valueCoaching retail and sales teams to strengthen B2B engagementAttending networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to boost brand presenceTracking and reporting on your sales pipeline and performance metricsIdentifying and sharing market trends and customer insightsWhat You BringProven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targetsMinimum 2 years' experience in a BDM or retail management roleExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsCRM and sales pipeline management experienceA self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive under pressureStrong collaboration skills and a passion for customer satisfactionProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWhy Join UsAt Fantastic Furniture, we're more than just a furniture retailer — we're a community.
