To manage the compliance activities of over 700 properties managed by Perpetual Private a to a high and professional standard. To provide expert advice and deliver solutions to regions in the area of property compliance.

- Manage property compliance programs- Facility compliance activities through our service provider- Provide regular reporting regarding compliance and non-compliance- Arrange and manage the preventative and reactive maintenance requirements via external service providers- Communicate regular reporting to internal regions and internal stakeholders- Manage relationship with internal client advisors and trust managers- Liaise with all external account officers, real estate agents, co-trustees and ensure superior service is delivered- Client liaison on behalf of service department- Provide solutions and recommendations to internal clients on an ad-hoc basis- Process all associated invoices and payments relating to the portfolio

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Advantageous but not required - Diploma in Property and or Real Estate or Completed and/or undertaking a tertiary qualification in property or related field- Client management experience- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Excellent problem-solving skills
