Job Opportunity

The role of an Assistant Property Manager is to provide exceptional customer service to owners and tenants while handling various tasks associated with leasing and maintaining properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer focus towards owners and tenants
  • Perform functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties
  • Respond to general inquiries from potential tenants
  • Conduct open house inspections and showcase properties to prospective tenants
  • Prepare property condition reports (ingoing, outgoing, and periodic)

Additional Tasks:

  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing and managing properties
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs to properties which are to be carried out promptly, economically, and to an acceptable standard

Requirements:
