**What We're Looking For**: As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. In this role, you will:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with educational goals.
- Identify target demographics and tailor campaigns to resonate with specific student segments.
- Generate engaging and informative content for multiple channels, such as website, handout materials, and social media.
- Maintain relationships with our business partners and agencies.
- Ensure content adheres to educational standards and effectively communicates the institution's value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics and participant engagement.
- Regularly review and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with academic departments to understand course offerings and program highlights.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly preferred.
