As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications and be able to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and plans to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns and content.
- Manage social media presence and develop strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions.
- Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
