Sirius People are currently working with a client in the freight industry and are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to support the Manager.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be responsible for the below duties:
- Management of job allocations-
- Provide quotes to customers- Stakeholder management - internal and external- Reporting

**About you**:
- Minimum 1+ years experience in a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Previous experience with freight desirable- Excellent customer service skills- Strong time management and prioritisation skills- Organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong numerical and literacy skills
