We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Director to lead our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive experiences that drive user engagement and business growth across both our web app and corporate website.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Design
: Design and optimize key customer experiences, amplifying the work of product squads by creating and optimizing customer pathways through our product, from initial engagement to conversion and re-engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and growth/marketing leads to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype new interactions, and launch features that drive acquisition and product adoption.
Data-Driven Decision Making
: Analyze quantitative product and marketing funnel data to identify friction points in acquisition, activation, and conversion, then iterate on designs (e.g., A/B tests) to improve key growth metrics like website conversion, signup rates, product usage, and upsell.
Prototyping and Execution
: Translate wireframes into clickable prototypes and finished designs using Figma, ensuring consistency with our design system and brand, and iterating rapidly on designs based on feedback and performance data.
Growth Initiative Leadership
: Lead the design process for growth-oriented projects spanning marketing and product surfaces – from ideation through launch – setting high standards for design quality and user experience, and ensuring solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.
