Senior Experience Designer
Shape the future of user experience at a leading healthtech platform. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to lead our design team and drive impactful experiences for customers.
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned designer with 7+ years of experience in shaping end-to-end customer journeys. Your expertise in service design, product design, and technology will help us enhance our platform and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Develop and implement design strategies that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Lead a talented design team and provide guidance on best-in-class design processes, tools, and rituals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and product, to ensure seamless design implementation.
Elevate our design practice through continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
7+ years of experience in experience design, with a strong background in product and technology team expertise.
Proven service design skills and ability to apply systems thinking to enhance end-to-end customer journeys.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a deep understanding of diverse user needs.
Proficiency in Figma and emerging UX/UI tools, as well as scoping and conducting user research.
Knowledge of UX strategies and trends for web and mobile platforms, with experience in health, wellbeing, and/or aged care sectors.
