User Experience Design Lead

About the Job:- We are seeking an experienced product designer to lead the entire design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.
- Leading the design process to create high-fidelity designs that meet business objectives.
- Collaborating with product managers and developers to translate complex business problems into elegant design solutions.
- Communicating design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact on user experience.
- Proven track record of leading design for complex B2B SaaS and/or fintech products.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with technical constraints and business objectives.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to and evolve our design system, standards and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency across all products.
