Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategist and Designer to work closely with clients to develop business insights and deliver industry-leading service.

In this role, you will analyze data-centric resources and research behaviors to understand audience needs, develop data-led decisions and customer experience strategies, create consumer personas and map experience journeys to envision brand experiences across web, mobile, AI, CRM, and other interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work with clients to develop clear and detailed briefs across relevant channels
  2. Micro-journey planning: document workshops and create design artefacts such as storyboards, as-is and future-state journey flows
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or 5+ years of experience in lieu of qualification
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant design software
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
