About the RoleReporting to the Corporate Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead a team of three Material Schedulers and oversee the end-to-end scheduling process.
Your focus will be on maintaining optimal inventory levels, supporting supplier performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet production demands.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of schedulers to deliver high performance.
Manage daily scheduling operations and drive continuous improvement.
Align material call-ins with production schedules using SAP MRP.
Coordinate supplier delivery slots and manage inbound flow constraints.
Provide accurate forecasts and manage supplier relationships.
Oversee purchasing for Trading Goods and Co-Packer operations.
Conduct regular reviews of slow-moving and obsolete materials.
Collaborate with planning, procurement, and warehousing teams.
What You'll Bring: Certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
5+ years' experience in MRP systems (preferably SAP).
Strong background in FMCG supply chain operations.
Proven leadership experience in scheduling or planning roles.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
