Bulk Materials Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate plant equipment to manage concrete batching and schedule deliveries.
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, representing the company with excellence.
  • Take orders, finalize sales and batch concrete according to specific mix designs.
  • Schedule rostering and truck movements using specialized software.
  • Evaluate compliance with Chain of Responsibility regulations.
  • Purchase raw materials as needed in a timely manner.
Requirements for Success:
  • Experience in a similar role with proficiency in computer systems (Command/Jonel batching systems).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse customers.
  • Prior experience operating a plant (FEL preferred) is a significant asset.
  • Able to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments.
