Job Opportunity:

Senior Material Scheduler

The Sanitarium is a leading breakfast products company with a dynamic business environment. We are seeking an experienced Senior Material Scheduler to lead our team and oversee the end-to-end scheduling process.

  • Leverage your leadership skills to drive high performance from a team of schedulers.
  • Oversee daily scheduling operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Align material call-ins with production schedules using SAP MRP software.
  • Coordinate supplier delivery slots and manage inbound flow constraints effectively.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Manage purchasing for Trading Goods and Co-Packer operations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of slow-moving and obsolete materials.
  • Collaborate with planning, procurement, and warehousing teams to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or diploma in a relevant field such as supply chain management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in MRP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong background in FMCG supply chain operations.
  • Proven leadership experience in scheduling or planning roles.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
