
Outpatient Business Practice Improvement Officer

Research, design and implement improvements in patient access to outpatient services across Metro North Hospital and Health Service Outpatient departments.

- Ability to provide authoritative written advice to Executive and senior management on a range of complex organisational issues and ability to prepare complex ministerial briefings and reports
- Problem solving skills, including the ability to proactively analyse situations and identify and successfully implement practical and innovative strategic and operational solutions
- High level ability to develop, implement and manage organisational change and organisational effectiveness initiatives
- Ability to project manage service improvements in a complex health service delivery setting through stages of development, coordination, implementation and evaluation
