Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Practice Improvement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and designing improvements in patient access to outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement improvements in patient access to outpatient services.

- Monitor performance and report on key performance indicators.
