Job description

**BrightCare Home and Support **is looking for qualified, reliable and passionate **Aged Care Workers** to join our team.

**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Thriving within a person-centered environment that is respectful to the rights and needs of each client;
- Supporting clients with personal hygiene and domestic duties;
- Assisting clients with errands, companionship, and support;
- Assisting and accompanying clients in social and recreational activities;
- Meal preparation, feeding clients, and administering medications;
- Observing, caring and reporting about the wellbeing of the client; and
- Responding to emergency situations

**Qualifications**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Certificate III-IV in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability)
- Current National Police Check & Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Experience working with aged and/or person with a disability
- Current unrestricted driver's licence and your own well
- maintained car
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Covid-19 vaccination certificate
