**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive team. In this dynamic role, you will manage the CEO's appointments, correspondence, travel, and meetings, while also assisting the broader Executive team with a variety of support services.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking minutes, collating the Board Pack, supporting the General Counsel, handling Board enquiries, organising events and functions, and managing corporate travel.

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of clients.
- Demonstrated experience in providing executive support services and successfully partnering with senior executives.
- High-level organisational skills, the ability to manage competing demands and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Advanced communication skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A current driver's licence.
Desirable Requirements
- A formal qualification relevant to the role such as a Diploma in Business Administration or similar will be well regarded; and
- Corporate Services experience.
