The role:
The Training Support role reports into the training operations team leader and is responsible for managing, coordinating, and providing support for the delivery of BSI training courses across Australia & New Zealand.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities- scheduling of public and in-house training courses- organizing and arranging for public training including venue and catering bookings, training room setup, greeting training delegates- scheduling and running the weekly training program for both face-to-face and online training courses- formatting, ordering, and distribution of hardcopy and digital course materials- issuing certificates and customer surveys for internal and external customers- scheduling and marking of training exams-
- work proactively with all staff in the department and the sales and marketing teams to support the overall administrative systems and procedures
