Training Administrator

Vaughan Civil are looking for a Training Administrator to join our busy and supportive team at our Head Office in Bondi Junction.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor project training needs in collaboration with the National Training and Development Manager.
- Manage the training matrix and facilitate training and induction sessions as required.
- Prepare and maintain training attendance registers and checklists.
- Update training records in line with the Information Management System and implement corrective actions for any non-compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations, including HSEQ and site inductions and onboarding.
- Issue, track, and upload new supplier/contractor documentation and contracts to SharePoint.
- Conduct monthly audits of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
- Source pricing and quotations for goods and services from suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain an organised filing system, ensuring documents are confidential and easily retrievable.
The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence in building strong stakeholder relationships. You will also need to handle a high volume of queries in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and construction management software.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
