
Receptionist - Training College

We are seeking a friendly, efficient and organised receptionist to join our team in Granville. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our student community and be part of a friendly, dedicated and supportive training college.
This is a full time position Monday to Friday.
Duties and responsibilities:
Manage student inquiries and appointment bookings, including advising students about study and enrolment options.
Conduct potential student intake phone calls in a warm and friendly manner, assisting students to determine the most suitable courses and qualifications for their needs.
Assist our trainers and assessors with their administrative requests.
Process student payments.
Proactively maintain positive relationships with referring agents, and clients.
Daily administrative duties include record keeping, printing, scanning, and attendance records.
Essential criteria:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and a strength in team-work.
Outstanding organisational skills
Attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Strong administrative skills including the ability to multi-task.
Exceptional problem solving skills
The ability to take initiative when required.
Excellent computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office.
Desirable criteria:
Experience working in an administrative role within a busy environment
A Working with Children Check is required for the position, but can be obtained prior to the start date.
Completed a qualification in business / business administration.
