
Training Administration Support Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of training courses across Australia & New Zealand. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating public and in-house training courses, including venue and catering arrangements.
- Organizing and arranging for public training, ensuring effective setup and greeting of delegates.
- Developing and managing the weekly training program for both face-to-face and online courses.
- Preparing and distributing course materials, as well as issuing certificates and surveys to customers.
- Coordinating and marking training exams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborating with staff to support administrative systems and procedures.
