
Training Administrator

The role of a Training Coordinator is to deliver administrative and coordination support to various training activities. This includes managing the training inbox, responding to queries, and maintaining the training calendar in a timely manner.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule training activities in response to stakeholder requests.
- Liaise with internal teams and external Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to ensure efficient and cost-effective training delivery.
- Manage the scheduling, tracking, and documentation of employee medicals in line with company standards.
- Track and raise purchase orders and process invoices.
- Utilise systems such as SuccessFactors, Rail Industry Worker (RIW), 3D Safety, and ELO for training administration and data entry.
- Upload and maintain competency documentation across internal and external systems.
- Generate and analyse expiry reports to support timely competency recertification.
- Use Power BI to generate training and compliance reports.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
