**The Client**

A leading diversified property group with core assets under management within the major property sectors. An employer of choice who regularly offer great career growth for their employees across a leading portfolio of assets.

An exciting opportunity exists in the casual mall leasing (also known as the 'pop-up leasing' / 'mall business development' space...Basically it's the leasing/ sale of space (in the walkways of shopping centres - not the fixed tenancies) in major shopping centres, for tenants looking for leases that are 12months or less in duration.

**The Opportunity**

We have two of these opportunities across different sites.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious retail property sales person, joining a leading property owner (including some of Australia's high-profile shopping centres) to execute casual mall leasing and short-term shop vacancy leasing.

The main functions of the role will be to substantially add value to the company by identifying and maximising revenue opportunities for a major iconic retail asset through income-driving activities from Casual Leasing and Supplementary Income sources.

You will be required to manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients and be responsible for ensuring all Casual Mall Leasing activities are in line with the broader needs of our client.

The role will be fast paced, extremely active, and offer a fantastic level of transaction opportunity. Utilising your existing sales knowledge, you will be creative and think outside the square to generate deals and manage an end to end process with each relationship.

Those with experience working in brand solutions, casual mall leasing, media sales or a B2B sales environment with a strong customer focus will be highly regarded. Those that have worked in media sales; real estate sales; and the recruitment industry are examples of backgrounds that transition well into this type of role.

You will have experience within a high volume and fast paced sales environment, be driven by hitting sales budgets and contributing to the broader onsite asset (centre management) management team. Exceptional stakeholder skills is a must
