This role involves working with existing and prospective government clients to drive positive customer experiences whilst achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory plan to meet targets, as well as driving cross-functional team engagement to ensure client account plans are executed to perfection.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will lead executive-level relationships with customer executives, attend and present at quarterly business reviews, and work closely with Channel Partners to drive revenue and support their partnership requirements. A proactive hunter mentality is essential in this role, focused on driving great engagements for customers, prospects, and partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
Key skills include minimum 5+ years IT or SaaS sales experience, proven achievement against sales KPIs, pipeline, and revenue targets, and experience selling into government. Direct and indirect sales experience, value-based solution selling, and use of MEDDPICC/Command of the Message/Challenger Sale are also desirable.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, data-driven, results-oriented person with a positive outlook, able to run the territory as their own business and comfortable with a high-performance and dynamic environment.
- Develop and execute against a strategic territory plan to achieve targets.
- Work closely with Channel Partners to drive revenue and support their partnership requirements.
- Lead executive-level relationships with customer executives and attend/present at quarterly business reviews.
- Drive cross-functional team engagement to ensure client account plans are executed to perfection.
