Full time (40hrs)

Short term contract (October - January/February)

**Main duties**:

- Assist in the co-ordination of staff onboarding, rostering, and qualification compliance
- Co-ordinate staff uniform distribution and return
- Respond to customer concerns
- Data management and reporting documentation

**Skills/Experience and Qualification Required**:

- Proficient with Excel
- Strong communications skills
- Independent worker
- Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Physically able to sort and pack costumes

**The Offer**:

- Salary $25-$30 p/h depending on previous experience and qualifications
- Up to 40 hours per week (morning weekend work required Nov-Dec)
- Suggested hours
- 7am-10am everyday - 21hrs
- 1pm-5pm Tue-Fri - 16hrs
- Training provided on all areas of the role
- Office located in Balaclava, Vic

**HR Tasks**:

- Assist in the HR Manger recruitment and onboard photography staff
- Ensure understanding of relevant award/s for each position
- Understand the contractual obligation associated with each role and be able to communicate these clearly to applicants/employees
- Set staff up with Deputy and EdApp accounts and ensure that they complete each requirement - provide training and support as required
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders and staff to ensure that shifts are filled in accordance with Myer Contract and Award requirements
- Ensure that timesheets are completed and submitted correctly
- Follow up any timesheet queries with relevant staff
- Fill rosters with appropriate staff in accordance with guidelines and requirements
- On call for start of each day (7 days) - 7am till 10am to coordinate last minute replacements - Make sure every shift is covered
- Pack and Distribute Uniforms from Applause office
- Co-ordinate return, laundering and stock take of uniforms - January and February - (not full time)

**Customer Support Tasks**:

- Monitor, respond and report on all customer communication Monday to Friday
- Log into Myer Feedback Portal and export reports daily
- Collate a daily incident report
- Fill rosters with appropriate staff in accordance with guidelines and requirements
