**Water Quality Support Officer (12-month fixed-term contract)**:

**The role**:
**We're looking for a Water Quality Support Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.**

Working with the Water Quality Compliance Team at our stunning waterside head office, the Water Quality Support Officer will assist staff and customers in the building, plumbing and recycled water irrigation industries. Every day will see you learning new skills and tackling new challenges, as you assist the Backflow, Recycled Water and Hydrotrak teams with customer enquiries, billing and administrative tasks.

**Who are you?**:
To be successful in this position, you will have experience in a customer facing OR administrative role along with
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using any of the following systems (ICE, GT Viewer, HiAffinity, Sharepoint) would be highly regarded
- Sound analytical and computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to balance competing priorities.
