After Hours Nurse Manager

your responsibilities will include:
Supervising safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards
Supporting and liaising with Visiting Medical Officers, Hospital Executive, and the respective Nurse Unit Managers of wards and departments
Ensuring all areas are staffed appropriately and cost efficient
Coordinating patient admissions/discharges/transfers
Oversee the safety of all patients and hospital staff
Provides overarching management to the hospital after hours Essential Criteria: 5 years of Registered Nursing Mental Health experience in an acute setting
Recent inpatient mental health management experience at ANUM level or higher
Demonstrated experience with the coordination and allocation of staff
High degree of computer literacy including MS Office
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
People leadership skills including mentorship and coaching of team members
Ability to manage special projects and selected portfolios
Post Graduate Qualification in a mental health related discipline or management (desired)
Knowledge of relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements (desired)
