After Hours Hospital Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to undertake this key leadership role. As a pivotal member of the health care team, you will provide leadership and management of the nursing team and hospital in an afterhours setting.
About the Role:- Leadership and management of nursing teams
- Supervising safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards
- Supporting and liaising with Visiting Medical Officers, Hospital Executive, and Nurse Unit Managers
- Ensuring all areas are staffed appropriately and cost efficient
- Overseeing the safety of all patients and hospital staff

Requirements:- 5 years of Registered Nursing Mental Health experience in an acute setting
- Recent inpatient mental health management experience at ANUM level or higher
- Demonstrated experience with the coordination and allocation of staff
- High degree of computer literacy including MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- People leadership skills including mentorship and coaching of team members
