After Hours Mental Health Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to provide after-hours leadership and management of our mental health facility in Brisbane.
**Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards;
- Supervising the nursing team and hospital;
- Supporting and liaising with other departments;
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA;
- Recent mental health management experience at ANUM level or higher;
- Minimum 5 years of Mental Health nursing experience in an acute setting;
- Demonstrated experience with staff coordination and allocation;
- High computer literacy and MS Office skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- People leadership skills, including mentorship and coaching of team members;
- Ability to manage special projects and portfolios;
- Post Graduate Qualification in mental health-related discipline or management (desired);
**Benefits**

Our mental health facility is located 22km north of Brisbane and provides a range of inpatient, day patient and specialty services.
