A reputable, private family office located in stunning, luxury offices in the heart of Melbourne CBD are looking for an exceptional assistant to join their boutique environment.

Assisting a very well known HNWI and additional family members, you will be based in the office on either a full time or part time (3 days) a week basis. Assisting with a broad and varied remit of responsibilities, no two days will be the same.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Meeting management including minute taking, agendas, room booking and events
- Drafting and preparation of correspondence such as presentations, documents, invitations, briefing papers etc
- Ensuring a smooth running of their private residence - making sure all household staff and tradespeople are looked after
- Ad hoc personal errands and other administration duties as needed

**About you;**
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant position with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and organisation skills
- Preferably from a financial or professional services background, or have supported a HNWI or family office previously
- Highly flexible where no task is too small or big
