Overview

Are you a personal assistant with experience working in family law? If so, CE Family Law would be delighted to welcome you into our growing practice located in Bay Street, Brighton.

We are a specialist family law firm that is professional (but not corporate), proactive, and highly experienced. We take a holistic approach to find the ideal balance between our client's legal rights and the interests of their family, with the aim of obtaining the best possible long-term outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Word processing and dicta typing
  • Diary management
  • General office administration

At CE Family Law, our PAs are focused on legal support. They are not required to do end-of-month billings, and there are no monthly budgets for PAs. The role is primarily based in the office, with flexibility to work from home as needed.

Qualifications
  • Personal Assistant experience of 3 to 5 years
  • Experience within family law – essential
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exemplary typing and computer skills
  • Experience with MS Office
