Our client is an established law firm who have many years of successful experience servicing the legal needs across Melbourne. They have a beautiful and modern office and take pride in rewarding staff and encouraging a friendly and inclusive firm culture.

You will be required to support a fantastic friendly, supportive partner who is known for his mentorship and other lawyers across litigation, family law, wills & estates and property law matters.

**Some of your duties will include;**
- Preparing correspondence
- Preparing affidavits and other court documents
- Preparing briefs to counsel and court books
- File opening and drafting costs agreements
- File management
- Preparing billing reports and issuing tax invoices
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Conducting property, personal and company searches
- Conducting research / discovery
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
- General administrative tasks

**About you**
This position would suit someone who is experienced in either litigation or debt recovery work in the Magistrates' Court. You will be professional, highly organised and proactive.

Ideally, you will have at least 2 + years' experience as a Paralegal / PA / Legal Secretary in a law firm.
