**About the role**:
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, as part of the National Finance Team, the Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage all accounts receivable transactions, reconciliations, and other financial administration duties as required as per our guidelines and procedures.

**Key duties required**:

- Manage own customer ledger and ensure payments are made on time.
- Action queries from customers and Account Managers.
- Process adjustments, and credit charges before monthly billing.
- Attend Monthly Debtors Meetings.
- Debtor account reconciliations.
- Winshuttle Adjustments where required.
- Credit Control duties.
- Complete proof of debt forms when necessary.
- Ensure all Cash (payments) has been allocated to CUF clients.

**Skills and experience required**:

- 3-5 years experience in a collections environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Results orientated, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure effectively, to meet targets and deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
