**$60,000 to $64,000 + Super (based on experience)**
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this exciting role will see you assisting with a variety of accounts payable tasks.
You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. By using your excellent time management skills, you will plan and organise tasks to meet deadlines.
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable type of role with 2+ year's experience essential.
**About You**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excel - intermediate level
- Sound understanding of accounts payable procedures
- Able to think outside the box and problem solve
- Able to adapt to new technologies and learn new skills
- Can work independently or within a team environment
**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide efficient and professional customer service
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- End of month processing and reporting
- Ensure monthly account reconciliation completed in a timely manner
Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the smooth operation of the department and the organization as a whole.
