About the Opportunity:Check and code supplier invoicesObtain invoice approval from department managersReconciliation of statementsPay suppliers/creditors invoices on a weekly basisEffective communication with internal staff and external suppliersAbout you:Ability to cope in a high volume environmentMinimum of 2 years experience in accounts payableAccurate data entry skillsAdvanced Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelStrong time-management abilityStrong administration skillsExceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with peopleKnowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regardedBenefits:Embrace development and mentoring from your team, fostering personal and professional growth
