- The Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney is a Heritage Listed 364 room, five-star classic hotel with dynamic conference spaces and food & beverage outlets located between Sydney's best shopping district, the central business district and Sydney Opera House. _
**_The Role _**
- As a Front Office Agent at Radisson Blu Plaza Sydney, you will be working in a variety of roles in Front Office. Jobs range from welcoming our guests at the front entrance, providing assistance with luggage, booking tours and transport, answering calls, check in and check out. _
- As the main point of contact for the guest you will ensure that they are informed of the hotel's facilities and answer all queries to their satisfaction. _
**_About You _**
- Your attention to the fine details and commitment to the customer experience will ensure that all of our guests are treated as VIPs. Your immaculate grooming, personal presentation and professional Yes I Can attitude will all align with our 5 star standards. _
- To be successful in this role you will require: _
- _Previous experience in a medium to large hotel _
- _Outgoing and vibrant yet professional attitude _
- _Demonstrated ability to problem solve and offer seamless service _
- _Advanced working knowledge of Opera PMS preferred _
**_Support _**
- You will complete a 2 day Orientation program which includes our renown Yes I Can training. On shift you will be supported by our welcoming Front Office team. _
**_Good to Know _**
- This role will require the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster and flexibility with your availability. Shifts include mornings, evenings and maybe the occasional overnight shift to cover leave. _
- Full, ongoing Australian Working rights are required for this role._
