Key responsibilities include attending to reception duties, providing excellent customer service, booking and managing appointments, preparing clinical files and providing administrative support for audiologists.
Key Accountabilities:
- To attend to the front office and administer duties effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client queries professionally
- Book and manage appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and prepare clinical files for audiologists
- Enter and update client information, issue invoices, and process payments in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment at all times
Skill Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is essential
- Friendly, supportive, and welcoming demeanor when interacting with clients
- Able to work accurately and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and initiate tasks independently
