With Australia opening back up to the world and travel set to boom, now is the time to become part of the world's most unique and exciting retail environments. **We are looking for an outstanding Chinese Sales & Marketing Manager** to join our growing business, and drive sales by partnering with the Sales Management team, while devising and actioning Chinese market growth strategies.

This new and exciting role will see you create sales and GP through effective business partner relationship management, the development of new business partners, and the effective management of our Chinese Sales Specialists.

**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;**
- Maintaining a strong focus on the business and understand market trends and sales forecasts.
- Working with the team to maximise sales opportunity and achieving given KPIs with daily and weekly reviews with Management Team
- Manage and develop relationships with Chinese/ industry partners, tour agencies, tour guides etc. to deliver upside to the business and drive visits to the store.
- Develop and report in to the General Manager with strategies on how to continue to grow the Chinese market share and business.
- Ensure during timings of tour group visits, the store is appropriately prepared at all times to maximise our sales opportunities.
- Be aware of competitor activity, including other duty free outlets and domestic stores, and put forward suggestions on ways to better grow our business.

**Your skills and experience;**
- Demonstrate successful track record in fast paced retail operations with at least 2 years in a managerial position in a multi-million turnover business.
- Mandarin speaking
- Good business sense with good understanding of the business dynamics specifically with the Chinese market.
- Experience of coaching/training people
- Ability to motivate all staff, at all levels of performance
- Must be flexible with regards to working hours
- Knowledge/experience of international brands and diverse categories of products (highly desirable)
